Battlefleet Models offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the time of customer receipt of the item. Within that time, resell-able items may be returned.

If you bought the kit or part from someone other than us, you will have to contact them about their Return Policies.

Customers returning resell-able items will receive a credit for future purchases, to be used at Battlefleetmodels.com Email harry@battlefleetmodels.com with any questions about these arrangements. Returns due to damaged, broken or faulty parts

If the kit or part was bought from us, you must return the kit or part to us, before any replacement kit or part will be sent out to you. We will refund any reasonable postage.
